All exhibitors receive two complimentary registrations. All tables are 3’ x 8’, with black full-drape skirt included for an additional fee. Exhibitor rates are discounted for organizations that purchase both advertising and exhibitor space.

Two-page Ad Spread: $1,000
Back Cover Ad (only one available): $1,500
The full-color program booklet measures 5.5” x 8.5”. Half-page ads will measure 5.5” x 4.25”. Full-page ads will measure 5.5” x 8.5”. The booklet will be distributed to all attendees. Advertiser rates are discounted for organizations that purchase both advertising and exhibitor space.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Platform Sponsorship: $1,500
Lanyard Sponsorship: $2,500
Platform Sponsorship includes a main-stage rotating slide between each session.
Lanyard Sponsorship includes printing single-color logo and/or approved text on lanyards for conference attendees.
Vendor FAQs
All payments and advertising materials (including program ads and videos) are due by August 1, 2024.
All exhibitors must be registered, but completion of the exhibitor application does not register you for the conference. Once payment is received in full, you will receive an email with the complimentary registration codes needed to register.
